Sono-Qui: I Am Here Therapy Services
Sono-Qui services are designed to support anyone struggling with a variety of challenging mental states, including, but not limited to, stress, depression, and anxiety. The holistic 'I Am Here Therapy Approach' integrates narrative therapy and yoga philosophy.
Practicalities: all Sono-Qui sessions take place in a secure, user friendly online environment called Jitsi Meet. No registration or special application are needed to join your session. Payments are made via SWISH or bank transfer at the time of booking.
Individual or Couples Therapy

Personalized online therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs. Available in Swedish, English, Spanish, and Hungarian.
Session Packages
( Price: 4800 SEK for 5x 60 minute sessions or 9200 SEK for 10x 60 minute sessions)
Save with a package of 5 one-on-one 60 minute therapy sessions. You are free to choose however you wish to pace the sessions.
