I Am Here Therapy - Therapy for Life Transitions

Life transitions can leave you feeling lost, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself. Whether you are navigating a career change, relocation, relationship ending, grief, or a deeper search for meaning, therapy can help you reconnect with your soul and allow in whatever feels authentic to you.

Sono-Qui (Italian for 'I am here') is my counseling and therapy service focusing on supporting people going through life transitions. Transitions are challenging, but they can also present an opportunity to find more connection and authenticity in life. Sometimes, they can open the door to a lasting peace and joy we could not have otherwise experienced.

I offer individual and group sessions, as well as on-demand workshops and courses. Flexibly, holistically, online. Sessions are available in four languages: English, Spanish, Swedish, and in Hungarian.

Continue below for a brief overview of the two pillars of the 'I Am Here Therapy Approach'.

The I Am Here Therapy Approach

Pillar #1: Narrative Therapy

Narrative Therapy is a 21st century Australian therapeutic modality that is very effective at helping people recognise their innate resilience, critically reflect on their own stories of themselves, and, as a result, gain momentum for progess amidst life's challenges. By emphasising non-identification with mental states and focusing on inner resilience, Narrative Therapy will help you detach from, and stop feeding unhelpful images of yourself. It is the right therapy modality to help you bridge critical life transitions in a reflective and empowering way.

Pillar #2: Yoga Philosophy

Yoga is an ancient Indian science that combines movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to enhance mental and phyiscal well-being, and ultimately realiase liberation: freedom from circumstances and their mental narration. Mindfulness is simply conscious awareness of one's internal mental and emotional activity. This is sometimes referred to as being the observer of one's mental activity, opposed to being consumed by mental states. When practiced persistently, mindfulness leads to ever increasing freedom from attachment to thoughts and emotions. This in turn helps create space for new, authentic experiences and inner transformation.
